End User Support Packages

Our End User Support Packages provide your learners with a reliable place to turn when they need help accessing and using your learning platform. From login and navigation questions to enrollment, course access, completion records, certificates, and basic troubleshooting, we serve as an extension of your L&D team and help keep learners moving. Support packages are scaled based on your number of end users and desired coverage, with extended evening and weekend support available for organizations whose learners operate outside traditional business hours.
